Information & FAQ

Please allow up to 6 weeks for your stationery order to be completed from the date that you approve your proof.
I recommend that you place your order at least 6 months before your wedding date.
If you have left it a little late and don't have that time up your sleeve, don't panic... rush orders are possible!

Please contact me if you require a quicker turnaround time. I may be able to accommodate this request depending on my workload at the time of ordering. Rush orders incur an additional $80 fee.

A $100 deposit will secure and start the ordering process. This amount goes towards your final payment which is due before printing. After I receive your deposit, I will contact you via email to collect all the details required to complete your design proofs.

:: PROOFS ::
Up to 3 rounds of proofs are included in the price. Any changes after that will be at an additional cost of $25 per proof. 

Samples include an invitation and RSVP card. Both include a matching envelope. Samples are not provided with personalised wording.

All of Kraft & White stationery items are printed onto the highest quality paper stocks that include texture and smooth finishes.  The final balance is due before printing begins.

If you choose to have your guest names printed onto your invitations and printed addresses on your envelopes I will send you an excel spreadsheet template to complete. The information must be typed out exactly how you would like it printed on your invitations and envelopes.

Shipping costs will be determined on completion of your order.
Each orders shipping cost is based on where you live, amount of invites being order, & materials used. Shipping prices are not included in the invite price and is an additional cost that is not listed on the deposit listing.

Samples have a fixed price for shipping that is detailed in each listing.
Samples are mailed out within 5 business days from the time of each order. Samples are mailed to the address you have provided on ETSY, please ensure that it is up to date.

All of KRAFT & WHITE’s orders (except for samples) are shipped Australia Post Registered Mail, with a signature needed at the time of delivery. 
This ensures that your lovely handmade invitations are delivered directly to you. I take all the extra necessary precautions to make sure that your samples and final orders are packaged and shipped with care.
KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery has been made. Your order will be delivered to the address provided on your completed order form.

Please be aware that all international orders are subject to fees (depending on your countries policy). Our shipping time does not include time that can be spent in customs. Please check with your local customs if you are unsure.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order.

KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, please triple check all spelling, grammar, capitalisation. We highly encourage that you send an emailed proof to a family member or friend for viewing.

Once your final payment is made, all order details - including proofs, material choices, colours and shipping information will be considered approved and final.
KRAFT & WHITE is not responsible for any changes in regards to the ink colour, font choice, envelope colours, ribbon material or overall design after the payment & printing has been completed.

:: I really like this design. How can I see it in person? ::
Samples are available to purchase for all designs.

:: Can I customise the design, fonts, or colors of an invitation SAMPLE? ::
Samples come exactly like shown in the picture. Unfortunately the wording cannot be customised. If you love a design but would like a sample using a different paper type or font colour please contact me with the details.

:: I've received my sample(s) and love them! Now what? ::
Simply purchase the $100 deposit for your chosen design.

:: How do I place a deposit? ::
Click on your chosen design and select 'deposit' from the drop down menu.
Once we've received your payment, we will send you an ordering form via email. Fill out the ordering form, send it back to us, and we'll design your proof.

:: What if I want to customise my invitation? ::
On completion of your order form, leave as much detail as you can in the notes or special instructions section.  I am more than happy to switch around layouts, fonts, colours and finishing touches.

:: How far in advance should I order my invitations? ::
As it is only me who communicates, designs, prints, assembles, packages & ships all orders, I encourage ordering your invites as early as possible! 6 - 8 months prior to your wedding date (for a regular production timeline) is recommended.

:: Do you offer matching wedding day stationery (place cards, menus, table numbers, ceremony programs, etc.) for all of your designs? ::
Yes, though I only have some listed in my shop, I offer wedding day stationery in all of my designs. Please inquire if there's something you don't see.

:: When should I order my 'on-the-day' stationery? ::
I suggest ordering at the same time as your invitation suite. You'll get to view the design proofs for ALL of your event stationery at the same time this way.

:: How do you ship? ::
Samples ship Australia Post regular mail unless organised other wise.
Domestic orders ship Australia Post with signature on delivery or Express Post on request.
International orders ship International Courier Express (full tracking & signature upon delivery).

*Shipping prices for finished orders are not listed within the deposit purchase. Shipping is calculated upon completion when the package can be measured and weighed.
